The challenge was to reframe Rippling not as another tool, but as the strategic solution to this foundational operational problem

My creative approach
âś…Targets a Concrete Pain Point: Instead of the vague "pace of change," the new copy attacks the specific, expensive problem of 'software sprawl and manual work' that every operations leader knows.
âś…Highlights Benefits, Not Just Features: It translates "unified platform" into tangible outcomes like "onboard in minutes" which directly save time and money.
âś…Stronger, Action Oriented CTAs: "Learn more" is passive. "Automate Your Back Office Free Demo" and "See a Live Demo" are high-value actions that promise an immediate, personalized solution.
âś…Incorporates Social Proof & Data: Mentioning "40,000+ businesses" and the third party statistic about needing "40% fewer back office staff" builds powerful credibility.
âś…Creates Urgency: Language like "Reclaim It" and "Stop Managing Apps" creates a sense of immediate need and resolution.
The Result:
The new copy resonated deeply by speaking directly to the operational burden the audience felt daily. While specific metrics are confidential, the campaign performance shifted dramatically. The client reported a significant increase in qualified demo requests and a higher engagement rate from the target personas.
Project Summary: Chili Piper LinkedIn Ad CampaignProject Context:The client was Chili Piper, a B2B SaaS solution that automates lead qualification, routing, and instant meeting scheduling for sales teams. The project's core goal was to create a high converting LinkedIn ad that moved beyond generic feature promotion to generate qualified demo requests ("Revenue Consultations").
The target audience was revenue operations leaders, sales directors, and marketers at companies who are acutely aware that manual lead handling causes pipeline leakage. The primary challenge was cutting through the noise on a platform saturated with sales tech promises. We needed to instantly resonate with a specific, high stakes frustration rather than adding to vague claims of "efficiency."
My Creative Approach:

My strategy** was the "Frustration-First" framework. Instead of leading with what Chili Piper is, i led with the visceral, universally recognized pain it solves.
1. Audience Centric Research: I mapped the buyer's journey, identifying the critical moment of frustration: when a hot lead submits a form and enters a "black hole" of internal processes.
2. Tone & Social Proof: The tone was direct, diagnostic, and slightly urgent like a savvy colleague pointing out a leak in the revenue pipeline. Trust was anchored not with vague "trusted by thousands" statements but by naming specific, respected industry leaders (Gong, Doordash).
3. Collaboration with Design: I worked closely with a designer to ensure the ad's visual flow (using simple arrows and stark line breaks) reinforced the copy's narrative, making the problem and solution scannable in under 5 seconds.
4.Narrative Mirroring: The copy was structured to mirror this journey exactly, using a simple three step visual (➡️) to tell the story of decay: from a ready buyer to internal chaos to a lost opportunity. This created immediate self identification.
Results & Impact:
The ad succeeded by reframing Chili Piper from a "scheduling tool" to an essential "revenue preservation" system. While specific conversion metrics are confidential, the campaign's performance significantly exceeded prior benchmarks.
